Vigantol

Vigantol ADE fuerte is a formulation offered directly to prevent vitamin A, D, and E deficiency in all species; it can be administered similarly to vaccination against infectious diseases or deworming.

Vigantol ADE fuerte contains the group of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E, in a special formulation that allows for rapid absorption and availability from the application site; furthermore, this advantage allows it to be administered in water, and it is highly recommended for the therapy of deficiencies of these vitamins.

Formula

Each milliliter contains:

Vitamin A:..... 500,000 IU
Vitamin D3:..... 75,000 IU
Vitamin E1 alpha-tocopherol acetate:..... 50 mg
In an aquamiscible vehicle q.s.:..... 1 ml

Vigantol ADE fuerte is injected intramuscularly. However, if for some reason (short needle), part of the product is deposited in the subcutaneous tissue, edema may result, which disappears shortly. Oral application is easier for treating sheep and calves. For this, equal parts of Vigantol ADE fuerte and water should be mixed, dosing 4 ml to adult sheep and calves and 2 ml to lambs. This method of administration can also be used in other animals, increasing the dose of Vigantol ADE fuerte to approximately twice that indicated in the table.
