DESCRIPTION:

VODEXAT® is a potent steroidal anti-inflammatory with rapid and long-lasting action, made with dexamethasone and indicated for the treatment of inflammatory muscle and joint processes and allergic syndromes in cattle, pigs, horses, dogs, and cats.

FORMULA

Dexamethasone sodium phosphate equivalent to 2 mg of dexamethasone phosphate

Excipient c.s. 1ml

INDICATIONS:

It is used in cattle, pigs, and horses as an anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and as an adjuvant in the treatment of anaphylactic shock, septic shock, and allergies. In the treatment of acute musculoskeletal inflammations such as arthritis, bursitis, tenosynovitis, traumatic myositis, and as an adjuvant in the improvement and reduction of lameness. It can also be used in cases of fatigue, cardiac exhaustion, influenza, and retained placenta, once the cause is known.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:

In cattle, pigs, horses, dogs, and cats: Intramuscular and intravenous
In horses, it can also be administered orally. Consult your veterinarian for the dosage.
