Metabolase
Description:
Metabolase® is a unique veterinary formula comprised of 14 strategic ingredients that perform an integral and complementary function for the optimal metabolic functioning of the treated organism.
Metabolism requires a fine balance in terms of energy, glucose, and amino acids, particularly when the patient is undergoing convalescence or organic recovery, or when experiencing an event that requires greater wear and tear than normal; in such situations, Metabolase® unleashes its specialized power to ensure optimal metabolic functioning.
A balanced and optimally functioning metabolism results in productivity and a high level of health, and the same applies to key processes such as Reproduction, Immunity, and adaptability.
Critical moments that unbalance the organism are well identified, such as parturition, weaning, stressful handling, chronic diseases, exercise or activity superior to normal, change or adjustment of habitat.
The differentiating profile of Metabolase® is defined by the effects of its integral formula:
L-Carnitine, cellular energy and nutrition optimizer. An essential factor for the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are used as an energy source; its activity is outstanding in the process of cell nutrition and body conformation. It activates lipid metabolism, reduces the formation of ketone bodies, and prevents/resolves fatty liver infiltration.
Lipoic Acid and Thioctic Acid: Important functionality in fat metabolism. Extremely active metabolic antioxidants against the effects of stress. Unique in their ability to act in both aqueous and lipid phases, they capture and bind metals, and replenish reserves of Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Glutathione.
Ornithine, Citrulline, Arginine: Promote urea synthesis at the liver level and reduce the toxic effect of ammonia.
Aspartate, Glutamate: Essential for extrahepatic ammonia detoxification.
Methionine: Stimulates liver synthesis and detoxification processes.
Lysine: An essential amino acid involved in various metabolic processes such as L-Carnitine biosynthesis.
Vitamin B12: Activates metabolism and stimulates appetite. Promotes the transformation of propionic acid into glucose, helping to prevent fat accumulation in the liver.
Vitamin B6: Necessary for gluconeogenesis and the functioning of numerous vitally important enzymes.
Fructose: Fast-acting energy source.
Sorbitol: Long-acting energy source.
